Beetroot and Horseradish Dip Recipe

A simple beetroot dip recipe

This recipe is perfect for summer entertaining. A dip that with horseradish sauce that gives it that extra kick.

Ingredients

250g cooked beetroot, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons hot horseradish sauce
100ml crème fraîche

Recipe Instructions

Blend the ingredients.
Place all the ingredients into a food processer and blend until smooth.  Season well with salt and pepper.

Serve.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and serve with pita bread or breadsticks.
